Anna Firth

Anna has been practising yoga for over 13 years, after she seized the opportunity to accompany a friend to a class on a free pass. She has been hooked ever since. She encourages students to explore their practice fully, providing a relaxed and supportive environment. Both her pregnancy and general yoga classes are in the dynamic hatha tradition. She has studied with many inspiring teachers such as Shiva Rea, Danny Paradise, Angela Farmer and Manju Jois. Exploring numerous styles of yoga has helped shape and inform her teaching style. Anna is a registered member of the Yoga Alliance®she also holds a BSc in Nutritional Therapy.

Nutrition

Anna studied her 3 year degree course at The University of Westminster and currently work in clinics in Blackheath and Victoria. She is a member of BANT.
