Pregnancy yoga

Pregnancy is the perfect time to get in to yoga. Pregnancy yoga equips you with tools to effectively manage the emotional and physical demands of pregnancy and birth.

  • Learn breathing and relaxation techniques for birth and beyond
  • Group classes or privates taught in the comfort of your own home

You can start yoga after your 12 week scan. Be sure to let your midwife know.

Group classes

Come along to a group pregnancy yoga class and meet other women in the area. Classes are small so each student is given plenty of attention. Group classes are taught at The Fitness Clinic (109 Humber road, SE3 7LW) and The Life Centre (7 Britannia Row, London N1 8QH)

Saturdays 11.30 - 12.45, The Fitness Clinic, SE3 (£13 drop in / £60 for a 6 week block, 6 consecutive weeks)
